I previewed this home today which just came on the market last week and had to get it on my blog even though it is approaching midnight. This Fremont home is in a great Centerville location. Located at 37064 Alexander St. it is in a great neighborhood. You can take Thornton to Blacow to take a drive by this home. I checked and currently there are no open houses scheduled so give me a call if you would like a private showing. This property is an REO or bank owned home and not a short sale so the bank should be able to respond to offers immediately. I have listed some of the highlites of this property and currently recommend this home as one of the top five Best Deals in Fremont.
