As you can see from the graph above the inventory continues to poor on the market as it does every year just before spring and continues until mid-summer. The good news is the increase in the demand as seen by the increase in the number of pending or listings that have recently accepted offers.
Buyers:
The demand is continuing to get stronger and the loans continue to change. Luckily the FHA packages now being offered are excellent for first time buyers. If you have the income but not a lot of money down FHA will do 100% financing. We can help work on your credit and set you up to get into a home this summer. Take advantage of the market and the many foreclosure and bank owned opportunities.
Sellers:
Get your home on the market now! Although the demand is increasing the inventory is climbing faster. Less competition means more money. We can help you get your home ready for sale. Don’t wait to talk to an agent. You need to move quickly to time the market and get top dollar for your home today.
