Grimmer Elementary School is one of the 41 schools in the Fremont School District. There is on average 14 students per full time teacher and the average teacher has at least 11 years of experience teaching. 100% of Grimmer’s teachers has full credentials. The school did not meet it’s AYP goal in 2008. The AYP (Adequate Yearly Progress) is part of the No Child Left Behind regulations that measures the schools progress from year to year on a scale from 200-1,000. Grimmer Elementary Schools AYP for 2008 was 775 which did not meet the yearly progress goal over the previous year.
