Open Houses are a Great Way to Get a Sense of the Market and can be a Fun Way to Spend a Weekend too
Whether you are thinking about buying a home or keeping an eye on prices for a possible sale, open houses are a great way to get started. I hate to admit how much my wife, and I enjoy a weekend of open house hopping. We love looking at the new homes coming on the market, meeting lots of new people and who could pass up the free snacks and goodies.
We have assembled a list of open houses for each city by day. You can access the list for each city by clicking on the tab in the sub navigation bar above for the city you are interested in.
Just remember, most good agents working an open house are there for one reason- to capture leads. It is the agents job to try to collect your contact information as you may be a potential prospect for their seller. If you want to avoid this when visiting open houses we are happy to provide business cards for you to give to the agents at each open house. This is of course with no obligation, however it is unethical for a Realtor to pursue you once you inform them you have a real estate agent, so it is a great way to stay off all of their mailing lists. Just send us an email to info@frumentiteam.com or give us a call at 510-770-1475 and we would be happy to provide you with some.
